Dear customers
We have improved our tried-and-tested blow mandrel holders with another positive detail.
If the tool was used for a long time or if the tool was not correct, it was found that the turning spindles for adjusting the blower mandrel in the housing had loosened, or that the milled Allen sockets in the turning spindles were wearing out.
The bronze inserts were glued in with Loctite and only had two 4.0 mm holes to screw them out of the case. If you hadn’t built an auxiliary tool yourself, you went to work with snap ring pliers or a hammer and screwdriver to loosen or unscrew them. This usually ended with the destruction of the snap ring pliers, the screwdriver or the destruction of the lock nut. (Bronze).
We have therefore milled a 10 mm Allen key into the bronze insert and hereby give the fitter the opportunity to unscrew this insert easily with an Allen key due to the greater effort that is now possible.
These blow pin mounts are very complex to manufacture and therefore also
been very costly. We have now, without changing the prescribed
Materials or the processing of the surfaces found a way to reduce these manufacturing costs
to reduce. We would of course like to pass this on to our customers.
Let us convince you and request an offer.
