Testrun in the Toolshop with 50 mm Centerline Blowpinholder

Dear customers ,

in order to be sure that you receive accurately tested blow pins, we have carried out a test in the workshop and a test in production lasting more than 3 weeks.

Here you can see a test setup that I set up in the workshop to test the BDAN continuously over a week.

After one week (7 days) we did not find any problems and when we disassembled the BDAN we did not find any deformations or breaks on the BDAN.

After this "dry" test, we installed the BDAN once again in a 3-shift production plant for testing in a blowing machine. Here we even increased the calibration pressure to 100 bar.

Here, too, we found no faults after 3 weeks.

I believe and hope that these tests will also stand up to the critical eyes of our customers.
