Privacy Policy
Protecting your personal data is important to us. Below we explain which personal data is processed when you visit this website, for what purpose and on what legal basis (Art. 13 GDPR). In case of doubt, the German version prevails.

2. Hosting and delivery of the website
This website runs on a server of Hostinger Operations, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, LT-03230 Vilnius, Lithuania. When you access the website, the server necessarily processes your IP address and the information transmitted by your browser (e.g. requested address, browser type) in order to deliver the page to your device.
Access logs are not stored. Only in the event of technical errors are error logs written, which may in individual cases contain your IP address; they are used solely for troubleshooting and are deleted by the server's automatic log rotation.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in providing the website securely and reliably.
The connection to this website is encrypted via SSL/TLS.
3. Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website itself does not set any cookies and does not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services. Fonts and other files are loaded exclusively from our own server. Exceptions are the services described in sections 5 and 6.
4. Contact form and contact by e-mail
If you send us an enquiry via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, product if applicable, and your message) in order to handle your enquiry. The data is sent to us by e-mail, and you receive a copy of your enquiry at the e-mail address you provided. The data is not stored on the web server itself. The same applies if you contact us directly by e-mail or phone.
To prevent abuse (e.g. mass sending of messages), the server briefly stores a non-reversible hash of your IP address together with the time of the request. These entries are disregarded after 15 minutes.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to the performance of a contract or to pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries and preventing abuse).
We delete your enquiry once it has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations (e.g. under commercial or tax law for business correspondence) apply.
5. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile
To protect the contact form against automated requests (spam, bots), we use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Turnstile is loaded on the contact page only.
Cloudflare processes in particular your IP address, technical characteristics of your connection and browser (e.g. TLS fingerprint, user agent) and the website visited, in order to determine whether the request comes from a human. According to Cloudflare, this data is not used for advertising.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is protecting the form against abuse. Where information is stored on or read from your device, this is strictly necessary for spam protection (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Data may be transferred to the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses are used in addition. More information: Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare privacy policy.
6. Embedded YouTube videos
On some pages we embed videos from YouTube, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, using the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
When you open a page with an embedded video, a connection to YouTube's servers is established, transmitting in particular your IP address and technical information about your browser. Only when you play the video may YouTube collect further information and set cookies. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is presenting our products and services clearly. More information: Google privacy policy.

- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) and restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
