Blowpinholder with Snap und sep. Höhenverstellung - 60 mm Stichabstand

Dear customers,

many customers will already have come to know and appreciate the Blowpinholder (BDAN) with height adjustment and Quick-change coupling presented here.

These customers will also confirm the advantages of using this BDAN instead of the old BDAN where you first have to stop the machine to adjust the height.

- stop the machine

- open the Safetygate 

- loosen the lock nut on the blow pin

- remove the cooling hoses on the blow pin

- turn the Blowpin up or down according to your feeling (depends on the calibration of the neck waste).

- tighten the lock nut on the Blowpin

- reattach the cooling hoses to the Blowpin (with screw caps this takes a lot of time).

- readjust the blow pin

- remove plastic waste from the head - or stop the extruder

- close the  Safetygate

- take the first shot

- notice that the height of the mandrel is not correct - the neck waste is not calibrated properly.

- start all over again
